“Tutta un'altra storia” for Milan’s FuoriSalone
The “Tutta un'altra storia” exhibition will be held as part of the Milan FuoriSalone events, in a prestigious location in the heart of the city, between the Velasca Tower and the Duomo: the Cooperativa Ceramica d’Imola and Redilcomat showroom (via Baracchini 8, corner of piazza Diaz). The exhibition will run from 8-13 April 2014 (from 09.00 to 19.00 – open all day). Free entry.
The exhibition celebrates 140 years of Cooperativa Ceramica d’Imola with ceramics and great artists from the archives of the company’s artistic department.
A visual journey in the showroom will trace the various stages of the company’s history, which features the influence of great artistic masters and the aesthetic and technological requirements that have emerged in the last 140 years. A story of Italian creative flair and passion: our history.
The exhibition, featuring striking graphics dedicated to our 140-year history, includes printed plates by various artists, pieces by Imolarte, an artistic section with various objects, vases and bowls compositions with ceramic biscuit for decoration, a veritable tile library with historical tiles and decorations, vases from the G.Bucci collection and other unique objects. The showroom will also feature important works such as Gio Ponti’s composition Bottiglie and work by Germano Sartelli and Joe Tilson.
An event that once again reveals Cooperativa Ceramica d’Imola’s artistic vocation and the closeness of two contiguous and kindred universes: art and design.
